Transport information

Tycroc PERT torud on valmistatud kõrgtehnoloogilisest materjalist PE-RT. Tycroc PERT toru on hapnikukindel komposiittoru, mis koosneb 5-st kihist. Põhitoru ja välimine kiht on valmistatud PE-RT plastist ning ümbritsevad tundlikku hapnikubarjääri kihti (EVOH). Materjalide lahutamatu ühendamise tagamiseks on need omavahel polümeerliimiga kokku sulatatud. Tulemuseks on kõrge kvaliteediga hästi painduv toru, millel on turvaliselt kaitstud hapnikubarjäärikiht, et tagada toru pikk kasutusiga (50 aastane garantii).
Tycroc PERT torusid kasutatakse peamiselt põrandate kütmisel, seda nii Tycroc UHP põrandakütte alusplaatidega kui ka betoonist või kipsivaluga kaetud põrandate puhul. Muude peamiste rakenduste hulka kuuluvad lagede ja põrandate jahutamine, samuti lagede või seinte kütmine.
Tycroc PERT 5-kihilisi torusid toodetakse vastavalt rahvusvahelistele standarditele DIN ISO 22391 / DIN ISO 24033 / DIN ISO 21003 / DIN 16833. Lisaks vastavalt riiklikele standarditele BRL 5602, BRL 5607 ja SKZ juhised HR 3.16. Hapnik tihedus määratakse ISO 17455 ja DIN EN ISO järgi 291 ja vastab DIN 4726, BRL nõuetele 5602 ja BRL 5607. Tootmise ja toote jälgimine on teostasid KIWA N.V. ja SKZ Würzburg. Torud vastavad ISO 10508 klassi nõuetele 4/6 bar.
