Recticel Silver E FR PIR insulation board is a flat rigid board with a silver top layer, Euroclass E fire resistance. It has REI15 certification for flat roofs, Bs1d0 fire resistance tests and is FM certified, which means that the manufacturing process is very strictly controlled. This makes Recticel Silver E FR one of the highest quality PIR insulation materials on the European market. In addition, it is Q, PEFC, M1 emission certified, making it the flagship PIR product on the market.
Recticel Silver E FR PIR insulation is designed for insulating flat roofs, but is also ideal for insulating walls and floors, according to the manufacturer. For flat roofs, certified solutions include Silver E FR PIR board with both SBS bitumen and single-layer waterproofing solutions with both mechanical and adhesive fixings, for example for PVC roofing on flat roofs.
