Löögikindlad PC läbipaistvad katusekatted on ühed tugevaimad ja praktiliselt purunematud. Tänu suurepärasele löögikindlusele on materjali kasutusala väga lai - varikatused, lehtlad, seinad. PC plaadid on tugevamad kui eelkäija APET plaadid.

Plaate võib transportida nii puitalustel, tasapinnaliselt lahtiselt või rulli keeratuna. Lahtise käruga transportimisel kaitse plaate otsese päikese ja ilmastiku eest. Objektil ladusta plaadid horisontaalselt puitalusele või vertikaalselt seina äärde püsti. Kui ladustad plaadid õue, tuleb materjal kaitsta otsese päikesevalguse, tuule ja vee eest. Ära ladusta ühte alust kõrgemaks kui 1,2 meetrit. Materjali valel ladustamisel võib vihma ja päikese koosmõjul tekkida ”suurendusklaasi” efekt ja plaadid võivad deformeeruda.
